EDUCATE THE PUBLIC ON DRAGON BOAT RACING, THE CULTURAL TRADITION AND TECHNIQUE. PROVIDE EQUIPMENT FOR TOWNS TO HOLD DRAGON BOAT FESTIVALS. TEACH PADDLERS THE PROPER TECHNIQUE TO USE IN ORDER TO HAVE FUN IN THE FESTIVAL RACING. SUPPORT PADDLERS THAT WANT ADDITIONAL TRAINING TO MOVE ON TO WORLD COMPETITION.
