WE ARE COMMITTED TO DEFENDING THE SACREDNESS OF HUMAN LIFE FROM CONCEPTION TO NATURAL DEATH, FOCUSED SPECIFICALLY ON ENDING ABORTION.

WOMEN'S PREGNANCY OPTIONS (WPO) OFFER MEDICAL SERVICES, INCLUDING A MEDICAL-GRADE URINE PREGNANCY TEST, LIMITED OBSTETRIC ULTRASOUND, AND STD TESTING AND TREATMENT. WPO SERVED 335 NEW PATIENTS IN 2021, 62 OF THOSE PATIENTS MADE AT LEAST ONE REPEAT APPOINTMENT. WPO ALSO OFFERS FURTHER CARE IN THE FORM OF CASE MANAGEMENT, CLIENT ADVOCACY, AND OUR EARN-WHILE-YOU- LEARN PROGRAM AT BOTH THE ALBUQUERQUE AND OUR LADY OF GUADALUPE PREGNANCY CENTER LOCATED IN SANTA FE.


WE HOST TWO 40 DAYS FOR LIFE CAMPAIGNS EVERY YEAR WHICH INVOLVE THE COMMUNITY IN PRAYER, FASTING, AND PUBLIC WITNESS OUTSIDE OF ABORTION CLINICS. IN ADDITION, WE HAVE OUR SIDEWALK ADVOCATE PROGRAM WHICH TRAINS PEOPLE TO REACH OUT TO MEN AND WOMEN GOING INTO THE ABORTION CLINICS THROUGH PEACEFUL OUTREACH. TO INVITE THE COMMUNITY INTO OUR MINISTRY, PROJECT DEFENDING LIFE (PDL) HAS VARIOUS EVENTS THROUGHOUT THE YEAR INCLUDING MONTHLY OPEN HOUSES, ANNUAL 5K AND GALANTINE'S DAY. DURING JANUARY, SANCTITY OF LIFE MONTH PDL HAS OUTREACH ACTIVITIES IN VARIOUS SCHOOLS AND CHURCHES.


PROJECT DEFENDING LIFE IS BLESSED TO HAVE A EUCHARISTIC CHAPEL AT OUR ALBUQUERQUE PREGNANCY MEDICAL CLINIC BUILDING. MASS IS OFFERED BY THE CAPUCHIN FRANCISCAN FRIARS OF THE RENEWAL OR VARIOUS DIOCESAN PRIESTS TWICE PER WEEK (TUESDAYS AND THURSDAYS). PERPETUAL ADORATION IS ALSO AVAILABLE IN OUR CHAPEL DURING ALL THE HOURS THAT OUR CLINIC IS OPEN (MONDAY-FRIDAY, 9:00-4:00).
