(BARC)MAINTAINS A FORMER SCHOOL BUILDING FOR COMMUNITY EVENTS SUCH AS CONCERTS, PERFORMING ARTS, RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES, EDUCATIONAL CLASS ROOMS, WEDDING RECEPTIONS, AND OTHER COMMUNITY EVENTS. MANY EVENTS ARE TO THE PUBLIC FOR A NOMINAL CHARGE. BARC ALSO RENTS PART OF THE FACILITY FOR STORAGE. THESE RENTS GO TO MAINTENANCE ON THE 76,000 SQ FOOT BUILDING.
