RED WING DOWNTOWN MAIN STREET PROGRAM'S GOAL IS TO IMPROVE THE COMMUNITY'S QUALITY OF LIFE BY STRENGTHENING THE DOWNTOWN AS THE CENTER OF COMMUNITY THROUGH EDUCATION, VOLUNTEER SUPPORT AND CONCETRATED EFFORTS IN DESIGN, PROMOTION, ECONOMIC RESTRUCTURING AND ORGANIZATION.

Part 3
TO PROVIDE EDUCATION, HISTORIC PRESERVATION, BEAUTIFICATION AND RETAIN OUR LOCAL BUSINESSES IN OUR DOWNTOWN AREA. WE ARE ABLE TO HELP THOSE BUSINESSES ACCESS GRANTS FOR RESTORATION OR IMPROVEMENTS TO THEIR BUILDINGS. WE HELP WITH TOURISM AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT BY HOSTING EVENTS IN THE DOWNTOWN DISTRICT.
