ASSIST INDIVIDUALS IN NEED OF SERVICES BY OPERATING AN OUTLYING RESOURCE CENTER, ACTING AS A LIAISON BETWEEN SERVICE PROVIDERS AND THE PUBLIC, AND PROVIDING INFORMATION, ADVOCACY, AND ASSISTANCE ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS. WORK WITH NONPROFITS TO MEET CHANGING COMMUNITY NEEDS BY PROVIDING COORDINATION OF SERVICES, NONPROFIT REPRESENTATION AT COMMUNITY FUNCTIONS, FACILITATION OF NETWORKING EVENTS, AND OTHER SUPPORT SERVICES AS REQUESTED.
