TO ESTABLISH AND MAINTAIN COMMUNICATIONS BETWEEN MLR AND ITS MEMBERS, ALL LAKE AND RIVER PROPERTY OWNERS IN MN AND ALL MN GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS.
MANAGEMENT AND ADMINISTRATION OF GRANT FROM THE MINNESOTA DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES TO WORK WITH CIVIC LEADERS TO PURCHASE, INSTALL, AND OPERATE WATERLESS CLEANING STATIONS FOR WATERCRAFT; CONDUCT AQUATIC INVASIVE SPECIES EDUCATION; AND IMPLEMENT EDUCATION UPGRADES AT PUBLIC ACCESSES TO PREVENT INVASIVE STARRY STONEWORT SPREAD BEYOND THE 16 LAKES ALREADY INFESTED.
