IT HAS 64 UNITS THAT CAN BE USED FOR EITHER INDEPENDENT OR ASSISTED LIVING AND IT IS LOCATED IN EDEN PRAIRIE, MINNESOTA. DURING 2021 TOTAL RESIDENT DAYS WERE 19,455 (83.0% OCCUPANCY) WITH APPROXIMATELY 61.2% OF THE RESIDENT POPULATION BEING INDEPENDENT AND 38.8% ASSISTED LIVING.
