WAIVERED SERVICES: ORGANIZATION PROVIDES COMMUNITY-BASED RESIDENTIAL HOUSING FOR PERSONS WITH DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES AND TRAUMATIC BRAIN INJURIES. ADDITIONAL SERVICES INCLUDE: IN-HOME SUPPORT, SEMI-INDEPENDENT SERVICES, AND INDEPENDENT LIVING SERVICES (ILS). THE ORGANIZATION SERVED APPROXIMATELY 96 CLIENTS IN 2021.
