OPERATES JOHN PAUL APARTMENTS, A 61-UNIT APARTMENT COMPLEX IN COLD SPRING, MINNESOTA, FOR ELDERLY INDIVIDUALS UNDER SECTION 207 PURSUANT TO SECTION 223(F) OF THE NATIONAL HOUSING ACT. THE APARTMENT COMPLEX IS REGULATED BY THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT (HUD) AS TO RENT CHARGES AND OPERATING METHODS. THE APARTMENT COMPLEX DOES NOT HAVE ANY NON-INCOME PRODUCING UNITS. THE APARTMENT COMPLEX IS ALSO SUBJECT TO SECTION 8 HOUSING ASSISTANCE PAYMENTS AGREEMENTS WITH HUD, PROVIDING FOR PAYMENTS FOR THE APARTMENT UNITS LEASED TO ELIGIBLE LOW-INCOME, ELDERLY TENANTS PURSUANT TO SECTION 8 OF THE U.S. HOUSING ACT OF 1937.
