CONSULTING & CREATIVE SERVICES: FOR PLANNING AND ENGAGEMENT THE FORECAST CONSULTING TEAM PARTNERS WITH DECISION-MAKERS AND STAKEHOLDERS IN COMMUNITIES OF ALL SIZES TO OFFER CONSULTING AND TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE TO SUPPORT ACCESSIBLE AND EQUITABLE ARTS AND CULTURAL PLANNING EFFORTS. THIS INCLUDES ARTS AND CULTURE POLICIES, PROGRAMS, ORDINANCES, PUBLIC ART COLLECTIONS, AND SUPPORT FOR ARTISTS AND COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT. WE FOCUS OUR PRO BONO AND IN-KIND SERVICES IN COMMUNITIES OF COLOR, RURAL COMMUNITIES, AND NATIVE NATIONS. THROUGH OUR LEARNING INSTITUTE WE ALSO OFFER WORKSHOPS, TRAINING, FELLOWSHIPS, AND OTHER IN-PERSON AND ONLINE LEARNING OPPORTUNITIES FOCUSED ON HELPING PUBLIC ARTISTS, CREATIVES, AND AFFILIATED PROFESSIONALS ENLIST CULTURE AND CREATIVITY TO ADDRESS EQUITABLE AND HEALTHY COMMUNITY OUTCOMES.


ARTIST SERVICES: FORECAST PROVIDES FUNDING TO MINNESOTA ARTISTS VIA OUR GRANT PROGRAM RANGING FROM $2,500-$10,000, AND ALSO SERVES AS A VALUED SUPPORT SYSTEM FOR HUNDREDS OF ARTISTS IN THE LARGER PUBLIC ART COMMUNITY. WITH CREATIVE STUDIO, FORECAST EXPANDS ACCESS TO TOOLS, RESOURCES, OPPORTUNITIES, AND FUNDING FOR ARTISTS TO WORK IN PUBLIC, CREATE PARTNERSHIPS, AND ADVANCE THEIR PUBLIC ART CAREERS. WE EMPHASIZE ACCESS FOR ARTISTS OF COLOR, INDIGENOUS ARTISTS, AND GROUPS THAT ARE TRADITIONALLY EXCLUDED.


STORY TELLING & RESEARCH:FORECAST PUBLISHES A QUARTERLY DIGITAL PUBLICATION, FORWARD, THAT HIGHLIGHTS HOW ARTISTS ARE PARTNERING WITH CITIES, INSTITUTIONS AND COMMUNITIES TO COURAGEOUSLY TACKLE THE VITAL ISSUES OF OUR TIME. ALONGSIDE THE PUBLICATION WE HOST FORUMS AND OTHER ENGAGEMENTS TO CONTINUE THE CONVERSATION ON THE TOPICS OF EACH ISSUE. WE ALSO CURATE ARTICLES FROM OUR CLOSED MAGAZINE, PUBLIC ART REVIEW, AND OFFER CUSTOM PUBLISHING OPTIONS TO TELL THE STORIES OF OTHERS IN DYNAMIC WAYS. FORECAST ALSO PILOTS NEW THINKING, PRACTICES AND RESEARCH WITH THE CHANGE LAB FELLOWSHIP PROGRAM.
