CHDC'S ACTIVITIES ARE CONDUCTED IN CRAWFORD, LA CROSSE, MONROE, AND VERNON COUNTIES IN WISCONSIN BY CONTRACTED PROPERTY MANAGERS SUCH COULEECAP, INC.
