THE JOINT COUNCIL OF EXTENSION PROFESSIONALS (JCEP) IS A PARTNERSHIP OF PROFESSIONAL EXTENSION ORGANIZATIONS THAT FOCUSES ON STRENGTHENING THE EFFORTS OF THE MEMBER ORGANIZATIONS AND DOES WHAT EACH CANNOT DO INDIVIDUALLY. JCEP WAS ORGANIZED IN DECEMBER 1989.
