THE MISSION OF THE MILWAUKEE LGBT COMMUNITY CENTER IS TO FURTHER DEVELOP OUR VIBRANT LGBT COMMUNITY IN THE GREATER MILWAUKEE AREA, THUS IMPROVING THE QUALITY OF LIFE FOR ALL OF US.

YOUTH PROGRAM - PROJECT Q, THE CENTER'S YOUTH DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM, PROVIDES SUPPORT, PROGRAMMING AND RESOURCES TO AND WITH LGBTQ YOUTH AND THEIR STRAIGHT ALLIES, AGES 13-24. PROVIDES TARGETED HIV AND ATODA RISK REDUCTION SERVICES, PREVENTION/GOALS-FOCUSED CASE MANAGEMENT, AND OUT OF SCHOOL-TIME (OST) PROGRAMMING.AVP - PROVIDES ADVOCACY AND SUPPORT FOR LGBT VICTIMS OF VIOLENCE AS WELL AS HEALTHY RELATIONSHIP CLASSES THAT ENABLE PEOPLE TO RECOGNIZE AND RESIST PATTERNS OF ABUSE. HEALTH & WELLNESS - PROVIDE SPIRITUAL, FINANCIAL, AND PHYSICAL WORKSHOPS TO HELP LGBT PEOPLE LIVE HEALTH LIVES.SAGE - PROVIDES SOCIAL, EDUCATIONAL AND SUPPORT SERVICES AND OUTREACH TO ELDERLY LESBIAN, GAY, AND BISEXUAL PEOPLE.
