IASSID CONFERENCES: WORLD AND REGIONAL CONFERENCES. CONFERENCES ARE HELD TO SHARE FINDINGS RELTAED TO INTELLECTUAL DISABILITIES. THESE INCLUDE PLENARY ADDRESSES ABOUT MAJOR ADVANCES IN THE BIOLOGICAL, BEHAVIORAL, AND SOCIAL SCIENCES RELATED TO INTELLECTUAL DISABILITIES.


THE ORGANIZATION PUBLISHES TWO JOURNALS THAT ARE GIVEN TO ITS MEMBERS AS PART OF MEMBERSHIP. THE PURPOSE OF THE JOURNAL IS TO PROMOTE RESEARCH AND PROVIDE INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGE OF INFORMATION ON INTELLECTUAL DISABILITIES AND RELATED DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES.
