ECUMENICAL PARTNERSHIP FOR HOUSING, INC. IS A PARTNERSHIP OF 20 AREA CHURCHES AND THE SALAVATION ARMY. TOGETHER, WE GIVE FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN EXPERIENCING HOMELESSNESS THE SAFE NURTURING ENVIRONMENTS, CASE MANAGEMENT, BUDGET COUNSELING, AND OTHER RESOURCES NEEDED TO FORGE A POSITIVE LIFE PATH TOWARD PERSONAL AND FAMILIAL STABILITY. ECUMENICAL PARTNERSHIP FOR HOUSING, INC. PROVIDED SERVICES TO FAMILIES IN TWENTY FAMILY-SIZED HOUSING UNITS IN OUR TRANSITIONAL PROGRAM.IN OUR LONG-TERM SUPPORTIVE HOUSING PROGRAM, WE HAVE A STAFF CASE MANAGER WHO WORKS DIRECTLY WITH FAMILIES ON SIMILAR GOALS AS IN TRANSITIONAL HOUSING. HOWEVER, THESE FAMILIES PAY RENT AND UTILITIES COMISERATE TO THEIR INCOME AND SITUATION. THE GOAL IN THIS PROGRAM IS FOR THE FAMILY TO HAVE THE ABILITY TO PAY FULL-MARKET RENT OR PURCHASE THE HOME. IN OUR EVICTION PREVENTION PROGRAM, WE HAVE A CASE MANAGER WHO WORKS WITH FAMILIES AND LANDLORDS PRIOR TO AN EVICTION NOTICE, PROVIDING CASE MANAGEMENT AND RELATED SERVICES DESIGNED TO MAINTAIN HOUSING STABILITY AND REDUCE THE TRAUMA ASSOCIATED WITH EVICTION AND HOMELESSNESS. THE OUTCOME WE STRIVE FOR IS SELF-SUFFICIENCY, WITH THE PRIMARY MEASUREMENT BEING HOUSING STABILITY.
