OVER 70 PEOPLE ATTENDED TO THE HALF-DAY TRAINING. THE TRAINING PROVIDED 3.0 HOURS OF EDUCATIONAL CREDITS. RSA HELD A ONE DAY CONFERENCE AT A NOMINAL FEE TO ITS MEMBERS AND MEMBERS OF RFW ENTITLED "TRANSITIONS: THE FUTURE IS NOW! MAKING THE MOST OF CHANGE" HELD ON OCTOBER 21ST AT THE WILDERNESS RESORT IN THE WISCONSIN DELLS. THE SESSIONS PROVIDED 5.5 HOURS OF EDUCATIONAL CREDITS. RSA HAD SPENT MUCH OF THE YEAR NEGOTIATING WITH OTHER ASSOCIATIONS IN PURSUIT OF A MERGER. RSA BOARD MEMBERS MET WITH WHCA/WICAL, WALA AND LEADING AGE, BUT DECIDED TO FOCUS ON RFW. THIS PROCESS IS STILL BEING FINALIZED. RFW AND RSA WILL HOST A CONFERENCE ON MAY 3-MAY 5, 2017 AT GLACIER CANYON CONFERENCE CENTER WILDERNESS RESORT IN THE WISCONSIN DELLS.
