OUR CLINICAL EXPERIENCE, RELATIONSHIP CENTERED CARE, AND RESPECT FOR PATIENT RIGHTS SET US APART AS THE REGION'S EMPLOYER AND PROVIDER OF CHOICE. OUR PHILOSOPHY OF COMPASSION AND RESPONSIVENESS EXTENDS FROM OUR EMPLOYEES, TO OUR HOSPITAL SPONSORS AND PHYSICIANS, AND TO THE PATIENTS AND FAMILIES WE ARE PRIVILEGED TO SERVE.

INTERMITTENT NURSING, HOME HEALTH AIDE, THERAPY SERVICES, HOSPICE SERVICES, ADULT AND PEDIATRIC PRIVATE DUTY, HIGH-TECH PRIVATE DUTY SERVICES, AND COMMUNITY SERVICE PROGRAM. IN 2021 HOME HEALTH COMPLETED 132,431 PATIENT VISITS, PRIVATE DUTY PROVIDED 87,545 HOURS, AND HOSPICE HAD AN AVERAGE DAILY CENSUS OF 298.9 PATIENTS.
