WE LEAD OUR OWN FOUNDATION-DIRECTED HEALTH PROGRAMMING AND OFFER RESPONSIVE GRANT CYCLES. THE FOUNDATION HOLDS A 20% INTEREST IN WATERTOWN HOLDING COMPANY, LLC. THE FOUNDATION ALSO HOLDS MAJORITY OWNERSHIP INTEREST IN TWO SENIOR APARTMENT COMPLEXES, WATERTOWN SENIOR HOUSING, LLC AND WATERTOWN SENIOR HOUSING II, LLC.
