THE ORGANIZATION IS POSSIBLE DUE TO ONGOING COLLABORATION BETWEEN BEACON HEALTH SYSTEM, INC., THE COMMUNITY FOUNDATION OF ELKHART COUNTY INC., AND THE ELKHART COMMUNITY SCHOOLS, EACH OF WHICH HAS REPRESENTATION ON THE ORGANIZATION'S BOARD OF DIRECTORS.
