MICHIGAN ENERGY ASSISTANCE PROGRAM - PROVIDES PAYMENT ASSISTANCE FOR LOW-INCOME HOUSHOLD HEATING AND ELECTRIC, AS WELL AS SELF-SUFFICIENCY EDUCATION ON ENERGY EFFICIENCY AND PROVIDES HOME ENERGY ASSESSMENTS AND IMPROVEMENTS.


NFWF COASTAL LAKESHORE PROJECT - IMPLEMENTED GREEN-GRAY INFRASTRUCTURE TO RESTORE AND STENGTHEN NATURAL SYSTEMS ALONG THE LAKE SUPERIOR SHORELINE IN MICHIGAN TO PROTECT PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE, RESTORE PUBLIC ACCESS TO THE SHORELINE, AND CREATE CONTIGUOUS COASTAL HABITAT FOR RESIDENT AND MIGRATORY WILDLIFE.


US FOREST SERVICE OTTAWA BOTANY & PARTNERS FOR WATERSHED RESTORATION PROJECT - SHARED IDEAS AND RESOURCES TO MANAGE, PROTECT, AND RESTORE THE NATURAL RESOURCES IN THE SOUTH CENTRAL LAKE SUPERIOR PORTION OF THE BASIN, WHILE IMPLEMENTING THE LAKE ACTION MANAGEMENT PLAN.
