(DR. LOUIS AND ANN GUY) BARAGA COUNTY EXTENDED CARE CORPORATION IS A NON-PROFIT, 59 BED, LONG TERM CARE AND REHABILITATION CENTER WHICH HAS RECEIVED A GRANT FROM A FUND ESTABLISHED FOR THE PROVISION OF ITS SERVICES, FOR THE PURCHASE OF FIVE NEW AND ADJUSTABLE BEDS.
GRANT AWARD FOR THE PURCHASE OF LOCAL FIRE DEPARTMENT EQUIPMENT.
SCHOLARSHIP AWARDS FOR HIGHER EDUCATION OF STUDENTS OF BARAGA COUNTY ATTENDING MICHIGAN TECHNOLOGICAL AND NORTHERN MICHIGAN UNIVERSITY, THE UNIVERSITY OF MICHIGAN AND BAY COLLEGE, RESPECTIVELY, AND WHO WILL BE MAJORING IN THE STUDIES OF GENERAL ENGINEERING, BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION, PRE-NURSING, MOVEMENT SCIENCE, AND ELEMENTARY EDUCATION, ALSO RESPECTIVELY.
