FANTASY OF LIGHTS PARADE - THE FANTASY OF LIGHTS PARADE HIGHLIGHTS THE HISTORY AND CULTURE OF DOWNTOWN HOWELL, MICHIGAN VIA A YEAR-END HOLIDAY SEASON PARADE AND ACTIVITIES.
STARKEY SCHOLARSHIP - SCHOLARSHIPS ARE AWARDED TO NON-TRADITIONAL STUDENTS WHO ARE ADVANCING THEIR EDUCATION WHILE WORKING. THE NUMBER OF SCHOLARSHIPS AWARDED DEPENDS UPON THE NUMBER OF APPLICANTS AND FUNDS AVAILABLE.
EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS - THE FOUNDATION PRESENTS VARIOUS EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS FOR THE PUBLIC AT LARGE.
