THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION SERVICES THROUGHOUT WAYNE COUNTY. THE STAFF AND VOLUNTEERS, RELYING PRIMARILY ON A FACILITATED NEGOTIATION MODEL, HELP INDIVIDUALS, GROUPS AND BUSINESSES WORK THROUGH CONFLICTS TOWARD A MUTUALLY ACCEPTABLE AGREEMENT. THE ORGANIZATION ALSO PROVIDES CONFLICT MANAGEMENT TRAINING TO BOTH ATTORNEYS AND NON-ATTORNEYS. TRAINING PROGRAMS ARE TAILORED TO MEET THE NEEDS OF BUSINESSES, SCHOOLS, AND OTHER GROUPS THAT REQUEST THEM.
