THE ORGANIZATION BUILDS NEW HOMES AND RENOVATES EXISTING HOMES FOR THOSE WHO DO NOT QUALIFY FOR CONVENTIONAL FINANCING. THEY THEN SELL THESE HOMES TO HOMEOWNERSHIP PARTNER'S THROUGH A VERY AFFORDABLE 20-30 YEAR MORTGAGE PRODUCT.
THE HABITAT RESTORE IS A PLACE FOR DONATING AND PURCHASING USED AND NEW BUILDING MATERIALS AND HOME IMPROVEMENT ITEMS. ALL PROCEEDS FROM THE RESTORE GO TOWARDS SUPPORTING THE ORGANIZATION'S MISSION OF PROVIDING AFFORDABLE HOME-OWNERSHIP OPPORTUNITIES TO INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES IN GENESEE COUNTY.
