DETROIT VETERANS CENTER - PROVIDES TRANSITIONAL LIVING FOR HOMELESS VETERANS. IN CONJUNCTION WITH NUMEROUS COLLABORATING PARTNERS, DVC PROVIDES TRANSITIONAL HOUSING, EMERGENCY SHELTER, MEALS, CASE MANAGEMENT, HEALTH CARE, COUNSELING, EMPLOYMENT, PERMANENT HOUSING PLACEMENT, BENEFIT ASSISTANCE AND ADVOCACY.


PERMANENT SUPPORTIVE HOUSING - MVF PURCHASED 3 HOUSES FROM HABITAT FOR HUMANITY TO PROVIDE PERMANENT HOUSING FOR DETROIT VETERANS CENTER CLIENTS WHO HAVE GRADUATED FROM THE TRANSITIONAL HOUSING PROGRAM. BELOW-MARKET RENTAL PAYMENTS ARE USED TO MAINTAIN THE PROPERTIES.
