HOME HEALTH CARE: PROVIDED SKILLED NURSING, VARIOUS THERAPIES, HOME HEALTH AIDES, SOCIAL SERVICES, AND NUTRITIONAL SERVICES. THESE SERVICES WERE PROVIDED BY MAKING 50,653 IN-HOME VISITS. ALL CARE WAS PROVIDED UNDER A PHYSICIAN DIRECTED PLAN OF CARE.
THE SPARROW MEDICAL SUPPLY DIVISION OF SPARROW COMMUNITY CARE PROVIDES HOME MEDICAL EQUIPMENT TO THE PEOPLE OF MID-MICHIGAN AREA UNDER THE DIRECTION OF A PHYSICIAN ORDER. THESE PRODUCTS INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO OXYGEN, HOSPITAL BEDS, WHEELCHAIRS, AND DIABETIC SUPPLIES. AS PART OF THE SPARROW HEALTH SYSTEM THESE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED REGARDLESS OF THE PATIENTS ABILITY TO PAY.
