THE HBA OF MIDLAND IS AN ORGANIZATION MADE OF UP BUILDERS, REMODELERS AND OTHER PROFESSIONALS ASSOCIATED WITH THE BUILDING INDUSTRY. WE ARE AFFILIATED WITH NAHB AND MAHB. WE REPRESENT THE BUILDING INDUSTRY FOR THE MUTUAL BENEFIT OF CONSUMERS, THE COMMUNITY AND OUR ASSOCIATION.

BUILDER EDUCATION - THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES PROGRAMS THAT HELP BUILDERS BECOME BETTER PROFESSIONALS AND INCREASE THEIR BUSINESS SKILLS. DURING THE YEAR 2021 THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDED SAFETY AND LICENSE RENEWAL SEMINARS/CLASSES TO 55 MEMBERS. OTHER PROGRAMS THAT THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES TO ITS 172 BUILDERS AND ASSOCIATE MEMBERS INCLUDE GENERAL MEMBERSHIP MEETINGS, REMODELERS COUNCIL ROUNDTABLES, MEET YOUR LEGISLATORS MEET AND GREET/QUESTION AND ANSWER MEETINGS, AND MEET LOCAL SUPPLIERS EVENTS. IN 2021, THESE PROGRAMS AVERAGED TO BE A MEETING A MONTH BEING HELD FOR THE ORGANIZATION'S MEMBERS.
COMMUNITY EDUCATION - THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES PROGRAMS WHICH INFORM AND EDUCATE THE HOME BUYING PUBLIC.
