DEVELOPMENT AND RENTAL - FULL OR PARTIAL REHABILITATION OF HOMES WHICH ARE THEN SOLD OR RENTED TO HOMEOWNERS.


REVOLVING LOANS & LOAN POOL - ALLOWS ORGANIZATION TO PROVIDE LOANS AND OTHER PURCHASING ASSISTANCE TO LOWER INCOME BUYERS OF REHABILITATED PROPERTY.


EDUCATION SERVICES - TO PROVIDE EDUCATION OPPORTUNITIES TO THE COMMUNITY TO HELP FIRST-TIME HOME BUYERS AS WELL AS CLASSES ON FINANCIAL FITNESS TO PREPARE CONSUMERS FOR HOMEOWNERSHIP AND OTHER LONG-TERM GOALS.
