PHYSICAL, EMOTIONAL, AND SPIRITUAL SUPPORT TO TERMINALLY ILL PATIENTS AND THEIR FAMILIES. HOH PROVIDED 48,114 PATIENT DAYS OF CARE AND 4,719 PALLIATIVE CARE VISITS IN 2021, SERVING A TOTAL OF 2,210 PATIENTS.
