THE MTA EQUIPMENT AND MAINTENANCE COUNCIL OF DETROIT REACHES OUT TO TECHS AND PARTS VENDORS IN THE HEAVY DUTY DIESEL INDUSTRY IN SOUTHEAST MICHIGAN, TARGETING THE DETROIT AREA IN PARTICULAR. OUR MTA COUNCIL HELD 7 GENERAL MEETINGS, PROVIDING NETWORKING OPPORTUNITY AND INDUSTRY SPECIFIC PRESENTATIONS TO ATTENDEES FOR THE 2022-23 CALENDAR YEAR. WE ALSO HELD 2 SOCIAL GATHERINGS FOR OUR PAID MEMBERS. OUR CHAPTER WAS ABLE TO MAINTAIN MEMBERSHIP AND FILL ALL AVAILABLE BOARD AND CHAIR SEATS UTILIZING GENERAL ELECTIONS. WE ALSO HELD OUR ANNUAL CHARITABLE GOLF OUTING, THE OUTING HAD MAX ATTENDANCE AND WE WERE ABLE TO INCREASE OUR CHARITABLE DONATION TO THE RAINBOW CONNECTION.
