CONTRACTED BUSINESS SERVICES TO COMMUNITY HEALTH CENTERS, THE STATE OF MICHIGAN, AND OTHER NONPROFIT ORGANIZATIONS.


TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE TO COMMUNITY HEALTH CENTERS. WORK ON CHRONIC DISEASE MANAGEMENT, IMMUNIZATIONS, DENTAL ISSUES, CLINICAL QUALITY, AND NUMEROUS TRAINING AND EDUCATION CONFERENCES.


OUR HEALTH CENTER CONTROLLED NETWORK (THE MICHIGAN QUALITY IMPROVEMENT NETWORK) WORKED WITH PARTICIPATING HEALTH CENTERS TO LEVERAGE TECHNOLOGY AND DATA ANALYSIS TOWARD IMPROVING THE QUALITY OF CARE.
