AS OF SEPTEMBER 30, 2021, THE CORPORATION IS UNDER CONTRACT TO OPERATE 29 RESIDENTIAL FACILITIES, 22 SEMI-INDEPENDENT LIVING PROGRAMS AND ONE SUPPORTED EMPLOYMENT PROGRAMS SERVING APPROXIMATELY 270 CONSUMERS.
