PROVIDE AFFORDABLE AND DECENT HOUSING AND SUPPORTS FOR PERSONS AND FAMILIES IN NEED.
Describe the Organization's Program Activity:
PROVIDE ADULT FOSTER CARE. THIS SPECIALIZED CARE WAS AVAILABLE IN 4 HOMES FOR UP TO 24 RESIDENTS, 24 HOURS PER DAY, 7 DAYS PER WEEK.
PROVIDE COMMUNITY LIVING SUPPORTS TO INDIVIDUALS IN THEIR HOMES AND THE COMMUNITY. THIS CARE VARIES BY THE NEEDS OF THE INDIVIDUALS. WE SERVED 29 INDIVIDUALS DURING THE FISCAL YEAR. WE PROVIDED 7,515 HOURS OF SUPPORT TO INDIVIDUALS IN THE COMMUNITY DURING THE YEAR.
PROVIDE SOCIAL RECREATION SERVICES TO INDIVIDUALS BY COORDINATING OR PROVIDING ACTIVITIES IN THE COMMUNITY. DUE TO THE PANDEMIC, WE ALSO PROVIDED VIRTUAL PROGRAMMING FOR MUCH OF THE YEAR TO ACCOMODATE CLIENTS IN THEIR OWN HOMES. ON AVERAGE 23 CLIENTS WERE SERVED MONTHLY.
OTHER PROGRAM SERVICES INCLUDE DEVELOPING, MANAGING AND RENTING AFFORDABLE HOUSING FOR LOW INCOME PEOPLE WITH SPECIAL NEEDS, INCLUDING THOSE WHO ARE HOMELESS AND PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES.
