TO STRUCTURE A SOCIETY FOR THE PRESERVATION OF SPIRITUAL AND GOSPEL MUSIC, INCLUDING ITS RELIGIOUS ORGIN, HISTORY AND WITH A VIEW OF EXPLORING ITS COMTEMPORARY APPEAL AND FUTURE PLACEMENT IN THE ARCHIVES OF AMERICAN MUSIC HISTORY AND FOLKLORE. TO CONTRACT WITH MUSICIANS, WIRTERS AND OTHER MUSIC ORIENTED ARTISTS FOR PRESENTATION OF PROGRAMS IN ORDER TO RAISE MONEY FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A NATIONAL UNIVERSITY IN THE STATE OF MICHIGAN FOR THE PURPOSE OF ESTABLISHING ARCHIVES, PRESERVING THE HISTORY OF SPIRITUAL AND GOSPEL MUSIC WITHIN AN INSTITUTION FOR HIGHER LEARNING.
