PROVIDES THERAPEUTIC AND MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES INCLUDING OCCUPATIONAL AND PHYSICAL THERAPY, SPEECH LANGUAGE PATHOLOGY, SOCIAL WORK, PSYCHOLOGICAL EVALUATIONS AND CONSULTATIONS AND SPECIAL EDUCATION CONSULTATIONS TO CHILDREN BIRTH THROUGH 18 YEARS OF AGE IN SCHOOLS HEAD START AND EARLY INTERVENTION PROGRAMS IN THE CITY OF DETROIT AND ACROSS MICHIGAN, PROVIDES LOW OR NO COST WORKSHOPS TO PARENTS AND PROFESSIONALS WHO CARE AND SUPPORT CHILDREN WITH SPECIAL NEEDS, OFFERS SUMMER LEARNING PROGRAM FOR CHILDREN WITH SPECIAL NEEDS IN DETROIT AND SOUTH EAST MICHIGAN AT NO COST TO FAMILIES.
