PROVIDE SUPPORT SERVICES TO LOCAL CONTRACTORS INCLUDING TELEPHONE SERVICES AND A SPECIALLY DESIGNED ROOM TO VIEW PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS. 219 REGULAR MEMBERS WERE SERVED AND 50 AFFILIATE MEMBERS WERE SERVED.
