Describe the Organization's Program Activity:
Part 3
OUR 2021 SEASON CONTINUED TO BE IMPACTED BY THE CIRCUMSTANCES SURROUNDING COVID-19. WE HOSTED A LIMITED (2 WEEK) RUN OF OUR ANNUAL FGP BRB RETREAT BUT ALL OTHER PROGRAMS WERE OPERATED DIGITALLY. WE HOSTED 1 DIGITAL CREATIVE LEADERSHIP LABS (CLL), WHERE WE PROVIDED THE COMMUNITY WITH MASTER-CLASS STYLE LEARNING OPPORTUNITY GEARED TOWARDS ENHANCING THE AUDIENCES' ARTISTIC TOOL KITS. WE WERE ALSO ABLE TO CONTINUE FORWARD DIGITALLY WITH OUR LONG-TERM DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM, PLAYGROUND PLAYGROUP, A CURATED GROUP OF PLAYWRIGHTS WHO GATHER MONTHLY TO GIVE/RECEIVE FEEDBACK; RATHER THAN HOSTING AN IN-PERSON SHOWCASE, WE PROVIDE THESE ARTISTS WITH LARGER STIPENDS SO THEY COULD WORK TOWARD THEIR OWN SHOWINGS IN THE FUTURE, GIVEN THE CIRCUMSTANCES. THIS YEAR WE LAUNCHED A NEW PROGRAM - THE FGP ZINE - WHERE WE CURATED PRINTED CONTENT FROM ARTISTS IN VARIOUS LOCATIONS AND PROVIDED COPIES TO OUR COMMUNITY. GIVEN PROGRAMMING STILL FACED REDUCED RESOURCES BECAUSE OF THE PANDEMIC, WE CONTINUED TO DEVOTE OUR FOCUS TO OPERATIONAL DEVELOPMENT AND FUNDRAISING GOALS AS WE LOOKED TO CONTINUE FORWARD WITH LIVE EVENTS IN THE YEAR TO COME.
