AMVETS MISSION IS TO ENHANCE AND SAFE-GUARD THE ENTITLEMENTS FOR ALL AMERICAN VETERANS WHO HAVE SERVED HONOURABLY AND TO IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF LIFE FOR THEM, THEIR FAMILIES, AND THE COMMUNITIES WHERE THEY LIVE THROUGH LEADERSHIP, ADVOCACY, AND SERVICE.

AMVETS PROVIDES WEEKLY DART TOURNAMENTS FOR ITS MEMBERS TO GIVE EACH VET A SENSE OF PURPOSE AND BROTHERHOOD AT NO CHARGE. WE PROVIDE RAFFLES, OTHER FUNDRAISERS, AND GENERATE GAMING INCOME TO HELP PROVIDE AND TAKE CARE OF VETERANS. WE HAVE REGULAR FLAG RETIREMENT PROGRAMS, AND WE PROVIDE SCHOLARSHIPS TO YOUTH IN ROTC PROGRAMS FOR COLLEGE.
