STANDARDS, WE WILL REACH OUR GOAL OF IMPROVING THE QUALIFICATIONS OF COSMETIC SCIENTISTS. OUR MISSION IS TO FURTHER THE INT AND RECOGNITION OF COSMETIC SCIENTISTS WHILE MAINTAINING THE CONFIDENCE OF THE PUBLIC IN THE COSMETIC AND TOILETRIES INDUSTRY.
