FULLY LICENSED/MEDICARE CERTIFIED HOSPICE OFFERS PALLIATIVE CARE TO TERMINALLY ILL PEOPLE AND THEIR FAMILIES REGARDLESS OF AGE, GENDER, NATIONALITY, RACE, CREED, SEXUAL ORIENTATION, DISABILITY, AVAILABILITY OF PRIMARY CAREGIVER OR ABILITY TO PAY. HOSPICE CARE IS OFFERED BASED ON NEEDS ASSESSMENT, PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT OF HOSPICE SERVICES.
