STERLING, ILLINOIS PROVIDING COMPREHENSIVE HEALTH, EDUCATION, NUTRITIONAL, AND SOCIAL SERVICES TO PRESCHOOL AGED CHILDREN AND THEIR FAMILIES THROUGH THE HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES HEAD START PROGRAM, AND DAY CARE SERVICES ON A FEE BASIS THAT IS PARTIALLY REIMBURSED BY THE ILLINOIS DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES.
