OVERSEAS ALLOCATION HELPS THOSE INDIVIDUALS IN NEED INTERNATIONALLY AND GLOBALLY BY PROVIDING FOOD, SHELTER, MEDICAL CARE, AND DISASTER RELIEF THROUGH COORDINATED EFFORTS MANAGED BY THE JEWISH FEDERATION OF NORTH AMERICA.
VARIOUS SOCIAL SERVICES AND PUBLIC RELATION EVENTS WERE PROVIDED TO THE COMMUNITY YOUTH, ADULTS AND SENIORS SUCH AS CONFERENCES, EDUCATIONAL SPEAKERS, MONTHLY NEWSLETTERS, THE ANNUAL MEETING AND OTHER FINANCIAL AND RELIGIOUS ASSISTANCE. A SUBSTANTIAL ALLOCATION WAS ALSO MADE TO THE SPRINGFIELD BOARD OF JEWISH EDUCATION, WHICH PROVIDES JEWISH EDUCATION TO OUR CHILDREN.
CHAVERIM PROVIDED PROGRAMS FOR SENIORS WHICH INCLUDED ENTERTAINMENT AND SPEAKERS. THE FEDERATION ALSO HOLDS VARIOUS SPECIAL EVENTS AND FUNDRAISERS DURING THE YEAR.
