DEVELOPMENT OF SUPPORTED EMPLOYMENT INCUBATOR SITES: IN AN EFFORT TO PREPARE INDIVIDUALS FOR COMPETITIVE INTEGRATED, EMPLOYMENT INCUBATOR SITES WERE CREATED TO ASSIST IN SKILL BUILDING AND PREFERENCE DEVELOPMENT. THIS INCLUDES, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, TECHNOLOGY DEVICES, JOB-SPECIFIC TRAININGS, AND JOB CARVING TOOLS.
STAFF TRAINING AND BUSINESS CONSORTIUM DEVELOPMENT: AS BOUNDLESS ABILITIES MOVE INTO THE NEW ERA OF "COMPETITIVE INTEGRATED EMPLOYMENT" THE IMPORTANCE OF ADDITIONAL TRAINING AND BUSINESS PARTNERSHIPS EMERGED. THE ORGANIZATION HAS BEEN ABLE TO DEVELOP A CONSORTIUM OF 50+ COMPANIES THROUGHOUT NORTH CAROLINA THAT CONNECT AND COMMUNICATE IN WAYS THAT CREATE JOB OPPORTUNITIES FOR INDIVIDUALS WITH DISABILITIES.
