DEVELOPMENT OF SUPPORTED EMPLOYMENT INCUBATOR SITES: IN AN EFFORT TO PREPARE INDIVIDUALS FOR COMPETITIVE INTEGRATED, EMPLOYMENT INCUBATOR SITES WERE CREATED TO ASSIST IN SKILL BUILDING AND PREFERENCE DEVELOPMENT. THIS INCLUDES, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, TECHNOLOGY DEVICES, JOB-SPECIFIC TRAININGS, AND JOB CARVING TOOLS.
STAFF TRAINING AND BUSINESS CONSORTIUM DEVELOPMENT: AS BOUNDLESS ABILITIES MOVE INTO THE NEW ERA OF "COMPETITIVE INTEGRATED EMPLOYMENT" THE IMPORTANCE OF ADDITIONAL TRAINING AND BUSINESS PARTNERSHIPS EMERGED. THE ORGANIZATION HAS BEEN ABLE TO DEVELOP A CONSORTIUM OF 50+ COMPANIES THROUGHOUT NORTH CAROLINA THAT CONNECT AND COMMUNICATE IN WAYS THAT CREATE JOB OPPORTUNITIES FOR INDIVIDUALS WITH DISABILITIES. THE CERTIFICATIONS AND TRAININGS CONTINUE TO ASSIST IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF JOB COACHES AND JOB CARVING OPPORTUNITIES.
