IN 2021 THE WHELPING KENNEL WAS COMPLETED AT A COST OF AROUND $94,000. THIS IS A 5 RUN INDOOR/OUTDOOR KENNEL IN A CONCRETE BLOCK BUILDING TO HOUSE SOME OF OUR BREEDING STOCK AND THEIR PUPPIES.DURING 2021, MORE PUPPIES WERE PLACED IN THE PUPPY RAISING PROGRAM THAN EVER BEFORE. THERE WERE 4 LITTERS OF PUPPIES WHELPED FOR GALLANT HEARTS, TWO GOLDEN RETRIEVER LITTERS, ONE GERMAN SHEPHERD LITTER, AND ONE DOBERMAN PINSCHER LITTER. GALLANT HEARTS HAS CONTINUED TO ENJOY MUCH PUBLICITY AND GOOD REVIEWS FROM ITS GRADUATES WHICH, IN TURN, ENCOURAGES PEOPLE WHO ARE BLIND TO APPLY TO GALLANT HEARTS FOR GUIDE DOGS.GALLANT HEARTS CONTINUES TO BE ABLE TO SAVE MONEY IN ORDER TO PREPARE FOR MAJOR GROWTH AND CHANGE IN 2022.
