PROVIDE A VISION FOR GRUNDY COUNTY AND THE SURROUNDING AREA IN ORDER TO PRESERVE AND ENHANCE OUR QUALITY OF LIFE. THE FOUNDATION WILL DO THIS BY:-PROVIDING "LEADERSHIP" TO IDENTIFY IMPORANT NEEDS, CONCERNS, AND OPPORTUNITIES;-USING OUR "GRANTMAKING" TO RESPOND TO THOSE NEEDS AND AFFECT CHANGE;-"PARTNERING" WITH LOCAL NOT-FOR-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS TO STRENGTHEN THEIR ABILITIES TO SERVE OUR CITIZENS; AND-PARTNERING WITH DONORS TO "RECEIVE AND MANAGE FUNDS" THAT WILL SUPPORT THE COMMUNITY FOR GENERATIONS TO COME.

GRANTS AND PROGRAMS FOR COMMUNITY RECREATION, CULTURAL, AND SOCIAL PROGRAMS FOR OTHER NOT-FOR-PROFITS, AS WELL AS SCHOLARSHIPS. IN 2021, THE FOUNDATION MADE GRANTS AND SCHOLARSHIPS (THROUGH ITS DONORS) TO MORE THAN 70 RECIPIENTS.


COMMUNITY WORKS PROGRAMS: SERVICES TO THE COMMUNITY, INCLUDING COMMUNITY LEADERSHIP PROGRAMS FOR ISSUES OF CONCERN TO OUR CITIZENS. DURING 2021, THE FOUNDATION INVESTED IN AT LEAST 10 COMMUNITY WORKS PROGRAMS IN THE GRUNDY COUNTY AREA.
