DTSF FOCUSES ITS RESOURCES PRIMARILY ON PROMOTING POSITIVE ENERGY IN THE DOWNTOWN AREA BY MAINTAINING VISUALLY PLEASING STREETSCAPES, BY PROMOTING AND HOSTING EVENTS WHICH DRAW PEOPLE INTO DOWNTOWN & BY ASSISTING IN THE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT OF THE DOWNTOWN AREA THROUGH ITS RETAIL INCUBATOR PROGRAM & AS AN ADVOCATE VOICE FOR ITS MEMBERSHIP.
