OPERATING PAGE GRANT PROGRAM AWARDED TO STUDENTS OF COLOR WHO GRADUATE FROM A MINNESOTA HIGH SCHOOL AND ATTEND A MINNESOTA POST-SECONDARY EDUCATION INSTITUTION. 2020-2021 SCHOLARSHIP GRANTS WERE MADE TO 525 STUDENTS.


STAFF TIME AND OTHER EXPENSES ALLOCATED TO PAGE GRANT, SERVICE TO CHILDREN, AND PAGE CONNECTIONS PROGRAMS.
