TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE AND TRAINING-CONDUCTS WORKSHOPS AND PROVIDES DIRECT TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE TO NOT-FOR-PROFIT HOUSING DEVELOPERS AND HOUSING COUNSELING AGENCIES. PASS-THRU GRANTS ARE PROVIDED TO AFFILIATED DIRECT SERVICE HOUSING COUNSELING AGENCIES AS PART OF ITS HUD APPROVED HOUSING COUNSELING INTERMEDIARY AND OTHER SOURCES, SUCH AS THE HOUSING COUNSELING STABILITY PROGRAM (HSCP).
PUBLIC EDUCATION AND ORGANIZING-EDUCATES INDIVIDUALS THROUGH WEBSITE AND RESEARCH STUDIES AND KEEPS THE HOUSING DEVELOPMENT AND ADVOCACY FIELD WELL INFORMED OF RECENT INDUSTRY DEVELOPMENTS AND CHANGES.
