EDWARD HEALTH AND FITNESS CENTER HAD ABOUT 7350 MEMBERS, PROVIDED OVER 130 LAND GROUP EXERCISE CLASSES PER WEEK AND OVER 50 CHILDREN'S CLASSES PER WEEK. THE FITNESS CENTER ALSO PROVIDED HEALTH RELATED REHABILITATION AND EDUCATION PROGRAMS TO OUR MEMBERS AND TO THE PUBLIC.
EDWARD HEALTH AND FITNESS CENTER PERSONAL TRAINING TO ASSIST MEMBERS OF THE COMMUNITY ON THEIR ROAD TO WELLNESS. PARTICIPANTS IN PERSONAL TRAINING WORK ON CONTINUATION OF RECOVERY FROM ILLNESS OR SURGERY, WORKING WITH A HEALTH COACH ON HEALTHY EATING AND EXERCISE PLANS, WORK TO MAINTAIN FITNESS FOR A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE.
EDWARD HEALTH AND FITNESS CENTER'S ADULT AQUATICS PROGRAM OFFERS A VARIETY OF CLASSES, INCLUDING THOSE SPECIFICALLY DESIGNED FOR WOMEN WHO ARE PREGNANT AND PATIENTS WITH PARKINSON'S DISEASE, FIBROMYALGIA, LOW BACK PAIN, MULTIPLE SCHLEROSIS AND ARTHRITIS.
