THE FOUNDATION SEEKS CONTRIBUTIONS FROM EMPLOYERSAND INDIVIDUALS IN SUPPORT OF ITS PURPOSE AND DISTRIBUTESTHESE FUNDS IN THE GREATER CHICAGO AREA THROUGH VARIOUSGRANTS.
